Does GoCab accept cash?
No. All payments are online so prices stay transparent and refunds are fast.
Is there a cancellation fee?
More than 60 minutes before pick-up: free. 30–60 minutes: 50% fee. Less than 30 minutes: 100% of the fare.
How soon do I get my refund?
Within 24 hours to your GoCab wallet, or 3–5 working days to your bank account.
What if my driver is late?
If your driver is more than 30 minutes late, you get 50 GoCab points (worth 50,000đ) off your next trip.
When can I book online?
Online booking is almost ready. Search for your trip and leave your number, and GoCab will call to hold your seat.
